A red engine cooling system light means you should stop the car as soon as it's safe

Switch off the engine immediately and do not drive any further.
Check the coolant level (refer to the owners manual or seek professional assistance).

1. Is the coolant level ok?

Yes: The coolant level is ok. The overheating may be caused by a malfunction of the cooling system. Please contact roadside assistance.

No: The coolant level is not ok. Add more coolant (refer to the owners manual or seek professional assistance. Restart the engine. Go to step 2.

2. Has the warning light gone out?

Yes: The warning light has gone out. Continue driving.

No: The warning light has not gone out. The overheating may be caused by a malfunction of the cooling system. Please contact roadside assistance on +62 – 818761165
